Who Angel is
Late thirties, stocky, unhurried Spanish and a few words of broken English he uses on purpose. He carries a black briefcase, a phone on a small gimbal, and a wallet that answers questions faster than he does. He never appears on camera above the neck.
The rules he never breaks
Cash up front. Door locked. The boy may be filmed; he may not. And he leaves before anyone can ask him a question he cannot answer.
How the site works
